RATES & TERMS

Room Rates

The rates are as follows:
- NZ$80 per night for single person
- NZ$120 per night for couple, children free
- NZ$220 per week for maximum long term stay of 2-3 months
- Price includes: fruit basket upon arrival, tea and coffee facilities

Transfers

We provide free airport transfers; the airport is 15 minutes drive from our villas.

Single Beds

Available upon request.

Cleaning

Units are serviced every 3 days. .

Booking Confirmation

Confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by return e-mail (or in some cases facsimile).

Minimum Stay

- Our minimum stay is 3 days.
- Our maximum stay is 2-3 months.

Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment; regretfully our bank does not have facilities for other cards.

Government tax

All rates at Are Miro Villas include 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

FREE

Luggage storage for returning guests wanting to travel to the Outer Islands.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be acknowledged by email/fax from Are Miro Villas.
Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows:

more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee
between 30 and 20 days of expected arrival date: 25% of booking
between 20 and 10 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking
within 10 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold
